Book a Viewing – Property

A new 3 BHK listing at ₹1.24 Cr in Prabhadevi, with the specs, the neighbourhood detail and — the line that matters — no brokerage.

What this screen does

Price and location lead, because that is the order every property search actually runs in. A viewer either can afford the area or cannot, and every other detail is irrelevant until that is settled. Leading with anything else wastes the two seconds this format has.

'NEW LISTING' is the strongest badge available in property. The category's persistent frustration is stale listings — flats already gone, prices out of date — so newness is not a nice-to-have, it is the assurance that the viewer is not about to waste an afternoon.

The specs strip does the qualifying work: bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage. It filters efficiently, and a viewer for whom the flat is wrong stops reading, which is the correct outcome — a property lead that does not match is worth less than no lead.

The neighbourhood details — metro distance, schools nearby, ready to move in — answer the questions a serious buyer asks second. Distance to transport in particular is the detail that turns a listing from a picture into a place someone imagines living.

'No brokerage · Verified listing' attacks the category's two great sources of distrust in four words: the fee nobody wants to pay, and the listing that turns out not to exist.

Best for

  • Property portals and real-estate marketplaces
  • Developers marketing specific projects or launches
  • Rental platforms, with the price framed monthly
  • Retargeting people who have searched a particular area or budget
  • Markets where brokerage fees are high and widely resented

Making it yours

  • Use real listings with real photography. Property is the category where stock imagery is most obvious and most damaging.
  • Match price, area and specs to the audience segment — a card serving a ₹1.24 Cr flat to a rental audience wastes the impression.
  • Keep the verification and brokerage claims accurate; both are checkable and both are regulated in many markets.
  • Localise the price format — lakhs and crores read naturally in India and not at all elsewhere.
  • Swap the neighbourhood details for whatever your buyers actually weigh: parking, schools, flood risk, commute time.
  • For rentals, replace 'ready to move in' with availability date and deposit terms.

Templates are a starting point, not a constraint. The documentation walks through changing one into your own ad and exporting it.
