Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use the editor. We have kept it as short as terms can reasonably be.
Last updated 9 September 2026
The short version
Use Play Ads Maker to build ads. What you make is yours — we claim no ownership of your creative. Do not upload things you have no right to use, and do not try to break the service. We keep it running as well as we can, but it comes as it is, and we cannot promise it will never be down.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using Play Ads Makeryou agree to what is written here. If you do not agree with something, the answer is not to use the service. If you are using it for a company, you are confirming you are allowed to accept these terms on that company’s behalf.
You need to be at least 16 to use Play Ads Maker, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
2. Your account
You can use parts of the editor without an account. Saving projects to the cloud needs one.
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think somebody else has got in. Give us a real email address — it is the only way we can reach you if something goes wrong with your account.
One person, one account. Do not share logins or hand yours to somebody else.
3. What you make is yours
You keep every right in the ads you build, the files you upload and the projects you save. We do not claim ownership of any of it, and we will not use your creative in our own marketing without asking you first.
We do need a narrow permission to actually run the service: to store your files, show them back to you in the editor, and put them into the bundle when you export. That permission exists only to do those things, and it ends when you delete the work.
4. What you upload
By uploading something you are telling us that:
- You own it, or you have the rights and licences to use it this way.
- It does not infringe anybody else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- It is not illegal where you are, and does not break the rules of the ad networks you plan to ship to.
What you may and may not do with the service is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. If you think something on Play Ads Maker infringes your copyright, the copyright policy says how to tell us.
We can remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that keep doing it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
5. What we give you
A licence to use Play Ads Makerfor building ads — yours or your clients’. It is personal to you, non-exclusive, and we can end it if you break these terms.
You may not:
- Copy, resell or rent the editor itself, as opposed to what you build with it.
- Take the editor apart to rebuild it, or try to extract its source beyond what your browser normally does to run it.
- Scrape it, hammer it with automated requests, or run it through a bot.
- Strip out or hide anything identifying the service.
6. Ad networks
Play Ads Maker exports files built to the published specifications of ad networks like Unity, AppLovin, IronSource, Meta and Google. We are not affiliated with any of them, and none of them endorses us. Their names belong to them.
Those specifications change, and each network reviews what it accepts on its own terms. We keep the exports current as best we can, but we cannot promise a network will approve a given creative — that decision is theirs, and it can turn on your content rather than the file format.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Play Ads Maker up and working. We do not promise it will never be down, and we may take it offline for maintenance, change how features work, or retire something that is not carrying its weight. Where a change matters to work you have saved, we will give you notice.
Export your projects as .pam files if they matter to you. Local drafts in particular live in your browser, and clearing your browser data clears them.
8. The service comes as it is
Play Ads Makeris provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any commercial result from an ad you build with it.
9. Limits on what we owe you
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses: lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or a campaign that did not perform. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is capped at whatever you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — and if you have paid us nothing, at ₹10,000.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Covering us for what you upload
If somebody brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded or the way you used the service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it. This is the ordinary consequence of you, not us, choosing what goes into your ads.
11. Ending it
You can stop using Play Ads Maker and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or is being used in a way that puts the service or other people at risk.
Take your work with you before you go — once an account is deleted, the projects and uploads in it are gone.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and we will flag anything significant on the site rather than quietly swapping the text. Carrying on using the service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts there.
14. Odds and ends
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Us not enforcing something once does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the privacy, cookie and acceptable use policies, are the whole agreement between us.
Questions about these terms go to contact@playadsmaker.com.
