Why we built Play Ads Maker
Playable ads consistently outperform video, and they remain the hardest creative format to produce. That gap is the whole reason this exists.
Making a playable ad has historically meant one of two things: hiring a studio that charges per creative and delivers on its own schedule, or asking a developer to hand-build an HTML bundle against a specification that differs for every network it ships to. Both work. Both make iteration expensive enough that most teams test far fewer creative concepts than they would like to.
The expensive part was never the idea. It was the distance between having the idea and seeing it run. So we built the editor we wanted: a real visual canvas with scenes, mechanics, particles and a video timeline, that exports a single file built to the spec of the network you are actually shipping to.
It runs entirely in the browser. There is nothing to install, no engine license, and no build step between finishing a design and having a file you can upload.
